Refund/Returns + Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed. If we have a high volume of orders, we will let you know that there may be a minor delay.

All non-virtual gift certificates or other orders of non-virtual products are shipped through Canada Post. We are not responsible for any risk or loss experienced while in possession of the carrier.

All purchases are final and there will be no refunds granted.

Lost/Damaged Merchandise in Transit

Please report any lost or damaged merchandise in transit to us within 2 days of receipt.
